About Me
My work is all about creating mouth-watering dishes and bringing them to life in photographs. For the past twenty years, I have been writing recipes and styling food for top UK magazines and Newspapers such as The Guardian, BBC Good Food, Waitrose and Olive magazine. As well as this, I have worked for numerous commercial clients such as M&S, Waitrose and Lee Kum Kee.

Both sides of my work convey my love for vibrant food with bold, clean tastes. Thus far, I’ve written twelve cookbooks and collectively they have sold over 400,000 copies in the UK, North America, Australia and Europe. Ranging from entertaining to salads, they exude fresh and powerful flavours I’ve experienced through my travels. Besides my writing and styling work, I teach regularly at Leith's School of Food and Wine in London, offering various hands-on classes across a variety of subjects and world cuisines.
